How Do Autoloaders Work?

The working principle of the multi-hopper loader is supported by the vacuum suction. The control device activates the motor, creating a vacuum inside the hopper by extracting air. Simultaneously, the dropout device closes, generating negative pressure within the hopper. This negative pressure pulls material from the storage cylinder through the feeding pipe and into the hopper. Once the preset time is reached, the motor stops, and the dropout device automatically opens the blocking plate, allowing the material to flow from the hopper into the injection molding machine or other primary machines.
