Shredder-crusher Combined

The Wiscon CT series innovatively integrates the functions of shredder and crusher perfectly. The shredder and crusher are stacked with the shredder on top and crusher at the bottom. This design achieves the goal of completing two stages of size reduction within one unit. The CT series has gained the favor of many customers due to their high efficiency, small footprint, and convenience.

We offer two models of the CT series, CT400 and CT600. The capacity of CT400 is 250-350 kg/hr and CT600 offers a slightly higher capacity of 400-500 kg/hr.

Size Reduction Process

The CT series is mainly based on the mechanical principles of shearing, tearing, and crushing. During operation, materials enter the equipment through the inlet, and the rotating blades shred the materials, breaking them into smaller fragments. These fragments are size-reduced to a flake size of 40 mm, and they fall directly to the crushing chamber for further cutting. The crusher reduces the flakes from 40 mm to 12 mm. The granules are then ready for material collection, commonly via a cyclone system or manual collection.
