1:Conduct a Dry Test Run: Prior to operation, ensure all connections, lubrication levels in high-speed devices, and electrical integrity are verified. 

Perform a dry test by turning on the main switch and powering the machine.

2:Empty Operation Test: Before commencing production, ensure no abnormal noises or undesired occurrences during the machine's operation.

3:Material Handling: Use bamboo or wood tools, not hands, to scrape materials from the barrel wall to prevent injury.

4:Immediate Action on Abnormalities: Any abnormal vibrations or noises during operation require immediate cessation and a comprehensive inspection.

5:Optimal Operating Load: Monitor motor load; a 380V motor's heavy-load current for plastic mixing should not exceed 6 amps. Adjust mixing capacity if load limits are exceeded.

6:Shaft Seal Maintenance: Keep mixing paddle shaft seals clean to prevent material deterioration, avoiding clogging and back pressure within the machine.

7:Managerial Awareness: Managers should possess thorough technical understanding, operational knowledge, and familiarity with the internal structure and control principles of
